During the holidays, the game had a sale. After the sale the game costed money, which makes sense. Now the game can be downloaded for free. I remember this happening with the previous games of Strange Toilet 1 and 2. I'm just a little confused. Are all of the games supposed to always be on a "Name your own price" sort of thing. Because that seems like what's going on. Thank you for any answers, and the game was also pretty good.

Answering yours, both games were developed in a lot of chaos within the development team, which ultimately meant that I had to work on them alone, often staying up and working through the nights for a continuous 15 hours, to be completely honest. Similarly, the game Devyard was supposed to be something that would satisfy players, considering how advanced the monster AI in the game is compared to other games of this type. Just like staying up at night working, releasing updates and fixes every five minutes to please every player who said the game was too difficult, in the end, the game didn’t turn out the way I expected. There were also arguments within the team, which resulted in me working on it completely alone. Through adjusting the game’s prices, I wanted to encourage players to donate. Unfortunately, it didn’t bring the expected results, and personally, I burned out and am not able to work on other games, in short, because of the failure, game is not paying of the efforts put into it. Don’t get me wrong, I love making games and have been doing it for 10 years because it’s my passion, but time is running out and soon my life situation will force me to abandon this idea.
